Who we are Holistic Freedom is an online space for personal growth, community, and in-person retreats. We are based in Costa Rica and can be reached at holisticfreedom.world@gmail.com.

What data we collect When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name and email address, and whatever you choose to share in your message.

How we use it We use your information only to respond to your message personally. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties, or add you to any mailing list without your consent.

How it’s stored Your form submissions are sent directly to our email inbox (Gmail) and are not stored on our website server.

Your rights You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Just send us an email and we’ll take care of it.
